Notes from the field

I started playing hockey at primary school at the age of 10. I have played hockey both in Ireland for Three Rocks and in Belgium for KHC Leuven. My first international cap for Ireland was in 2017 against Pakistan and 2 years later (2019) I reached 50 caps, which was a big achievement for me. I am currently based in Ireland, playing for Three Rocks and studying business and economics at Trinity College, Dublin. When I am not studying or playing hockey I enjoy playing football and golf.

Daragh's Ritual

My pre game ritual is going for a walk with a coffee, earphones in preparing for the game.
